Google is currently testing this new project only with a small group of people. So it’s not available for everyone as of now. But if you don’t want to wait up till Google launches it for everyone, you can be one of the few people who gain early access to Google+. You just need to submit a request by filling out this form. Give your name and email address via the form, Google will contact you soon and invite you for Google+ Social Network.
